Fiber supplements

Fiber supplements fill a portion of the space allotted to pharmaceutical products aimed at improving gut function. Also, I’ve known people with IBD who were told by their dietitian or nutritionist to take a fiber supplement. Still, for me, I prefer to reach the goal of better gut health through my diet. It seems more normal, more natural to me.

Also, a bowl of All-Bran Bran Buds supplies a better type of fiber for my type of Crohn’s disease. Cereal also provides a greater quantity of fiber than would be reasonable to consume through pharmaceutical fiber supplements.
